Beautiful well made knee sleeves! They were a challenge to put on at first and thought I needed a bigger size. Then I went ahead and folded down the sleeves in half. Brought them up to below my knee cap. Then unfolded the rest of the knee sleeve. Try this out first before you try to exchange the size. The fit was perfect afterwards and loved how they kept my knees warm during my 1-RM front squat and over head squat session. Wore them as well for a Metcon involving squat snatches and it felt just as amazing. Knees staying warm and the sleeve didn’t go down. Just like any knee sleeve they will loosen up a bit over time where it will get easier to put them on.

They work great as shin protection when doing rope climbs or box jumps. They’re a little hard to get over my leggings but once they’re on they keep my knees warm and work well for knee support and knee protection when doing modified push ups.

I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THESE KNEE PADS, PAIN IS GONE WHILE EXERCISING.
